leadlyo offers a consulting platform for conversion optimization and strategic database management for the B2B sector. Services include training on streamlining sales processes, consumer behavior analysis, and strategies to maximize marketing investment returns.

2. User Rights and Obligations

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration, not to infringe leadlyo's intellectual property rights, and not to use the platform for illegal purposes. Any attempt at unauthorized access or disruption of the platform's operation is strictly prohibited.

3. leadlyo Rights and Obligations

leadlyo undertakes to ensure the continuous operation of the platform, except for scheduled maintenance periods or force majeure events. We reserve the right to modify or temporarily suspend services, with prior notice where possible.

4. Limitation of Liability

leadlyo cannot be held liable for indirect losses, moral damages, or loss of profits resulting from the use or inability to use the services. Our total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.

5. Conditions for Termination of Use

The user may terminate the use of services at any time by deactivating their account. leadlyo reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in case of breach of terms, without prior notice and without the right to a refund.

6. Modification of Terms

leadlyo may periodically update these terms. Users will be informed at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after this period constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
